Actress Sue Williams is the first Playboy playmate to get breast implants. Williams was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for April 1965. Ed DeLong and William V. Figge photographed Sue's centerfold. Sue appeared in several Beach Party films, one was called How to Stuff a Wild Bikini. Sue committed suicide on September 2, 1969 and was interred in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles. Williams's bust size was 34" - 20" - 34".
