[[Image:Holly-madison.jpg|left|Holly Madison, Breast Implants]]Former girlfriend of Hegh Hefner, Holly Madison has been open about her past experiences with plastic surgery including a [[breast augmentation]], [[nose job]], [[cheek implants]] and possibly a [[forehead lift]]. Holly Madison was once one of the three The Girls Next Door, seems like this "girl next door" is man made. 

Holly Madison discussed her experience with plastic surgery: “I felt I looked the worst when Hef and I got together in 2001,” says Madison. The 5-foot-7 stunner (whose measurements are 36-23-35) revealed that [[rhinoplasty]] and [[breast augmentation]] changed her body and attitude. Madison explains:

“I always wanted to have my boobs done, because I wanted to be more proportionate. I was a 34-A, but I’m curvy in other areas, so I always wore padded bras and stuffed my bras with socks.

I finally decided to get implants in 2001, but I really had to talk Hef into it. He’s seen a lot of bad surgery! I researched doctors and went to Dr. Garth Fisher (Extreme Makeover). I wanted a D-cup.

The doctor wanted to go smaller and I talked him up! The procedure took a few hours, and afterward, I was nauseous from the anesthesia and sore in the chest, which was swollen for months.

The implants felt heavy and took time to get used to! Two years later, I decided to get a nose job, because it kept getting more angular as I aged. Again I found a great doctor — Raj Kanodia [credited with fixing the noses of Ashlee Simpson and Jennifer Aniston].

The recovery was hard. My face was sore, I couldn’t breathe through my nose and my tongue was dry. I felt miserable until the packing [tubes of tissue in the nose] was removed. It felt like my brain was being pulled out of my nose, but after, I felt fine.

Now I’m really happy. I don’t have to stuff my bra, and I feel more comfortable naked. And my nose, which had a bump, is now shorter and upturned. It makes a huge difference in pictures.

I wouldn’t get anything else done right now. Maybe when I’m 60, but I don’t want to go back under the knife anytime soon!”

“I meet a lot of girls who always want to get things done, and I caution them: Don’t rush into it,” Madison advises.

Madison is well-known for appearing on the E! reality television 2005 program entitled The Girls Next Door, which is the #1-rated program on the E! network.

Hugh Hefner’s former #1 girlfriend, Holly Madison, recently left the mansion, along with the other Girls Next Door. Now that she’s out of the house, Holly has openly discussed the plastic surgery that transformed her into a Playboy bunny.

At 29, Holly fits into the Playboy world quite easily, with her oversized [[breast implants]] and blonder than reality hair. In a recent interview, she revealed that her insecurity made her opt for both a [[breast augmentation]] and [[nose job]].

She says, “Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot,” Madison told Life & Style. “I was comparing myself to the other girls … You have to look a certain way at the mansion.”

“Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career,” she said. “Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today. My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed.”

Make Me Heal also suspects that Holly has gotten [[lip injections]] to make her pout perfectly plump.

Plastic surgeon Sherrell J Aston says, “Ms. Madison has admitted to having [[Breast Augmentation]] and [[Rhinoplasty]] to the media. Holly’s nose is more refined with a very good result. I believe in addition to those procedures she might have had lip augmentation but very judiciously performed.”

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden says, “She’s a very pretty young woman who has admitted to undergoing [[rhinoplasty]] and [[breast augmentation]]. Looking at recent photos, she wears more make-up and is a lighter shade of blonde, and may have some soft tissue fillers in her lips as well.”

In addition, Holly may also have [[cheek implants]] and a [[forehead lift]] that she failed to disclose in the interview.

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia reveals, “Holly is a good plastic surgery ‘poster child.’ She has certainly had her nose and breasts operated, but probably also her cheeks and forehead.”

While Holly clearly sees the need for plastic surgery in her career, it seems she draws the line at facial injectables, which is an odd claim to make, considering the size of her lips.

“I’m scared of getting stuff (like [[Botox]]) put into my face,” Madison claims. “It makes you look like you have a rubber mask on. Beauty is truly on the inside. Looks don’t define you - they’re just a tool to get what you want.”

Holly’s plastic surgery clearly worked out well for her and Make Me Heal looks forward to seeing where the hot young lady goes next.
