Vanessa Williams, Botox
Grammy Award-nominated and Tony Award-nominated American R&B/pop/theatrical singer and actress Vanessa Williams has had Botox.

Williams said, "I did it after I turned 40, but I told the doctor, 'My face has got to move. I am not looking for perfection, I am looking for refreshment.'" She has also told Barbara Walters, "I certainly do Botox, which I definitely think that almost every woman that I know has. And it’s a miracle drug, no cutting, nothing…". Although Williams has not confirmed getting rhinoplasty, early pictures of Williams during her brief reign as Miss America and in her controversial pictures for Penthouse magazine, show Vanessa with a wider nose than she currently has leading many to believe that she has had a nose job. Williams' nose is much slimmer at the end, making her nostrils appear much less flared. Williams' cheekbones are also higher and fuller, indicating that she may have had injectable fillers or fat injections at some point to make them stand out.

Vanessa Williams, the former beauty queen currently starring on ABC’s hit TV show Ugly Betty has proudly declared herself to be a Botox user. But Make Me Heal suspects that Vanessa’s use of plastic surgery to maintain her looks goes a little further than a couple of injections.

45- year old Vanessa Williams told Barbara Walters “I certainly do Botox, which I definitely think that almost every woman that I know has. And it’s a miracle drug, no cutting, nothing…”.

Although Vanessa’s forehead is totally smooth, she still has some crow’s feet around the eyes, making her Botox results appear more natural. Vanessa made a wise choice to not over-botoxify her face to the point that it stops having any facial expression

“I did it after I turned 40, but I told the doctor, ‘My face has got to move. I am not looking for perfection, I am looking for refreshment,” says Vanessa.

Plastic Surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn is equally impressed with Vanessa’s balanced enhancement, saying “Take a look at her forehead in the photo. It is smooth as a baby’s bottom. That is one nice Botox result. Even two decades after she became Miss America, she is still absolutely stunning. Too bad, Rick Fox!”.

Although the actress is very open and proud about her Botox use, she makes no mention of other plastic surgery procedures she underwent in her youth and throughout the years. Early pictures of Vanessa during her brief reign as Miss America and in her controversial pictures for Penthouse magazine, show Vanessa with a wider nose than she currently has, leading Make Me Heal to believe that Vanessa had a nose job at some point in her career. The result is beautiful, her nose is much slimmer at the end, making her nostrils appear much less flared.

Vanessa also famously battled acne as a spokesperson for popular acne treatment product ProActiv. Her skin is currently in good shape, without any scars, so she may have had a laser treatment, using blue light technology to get rid of any residual acne or scarring. Moreover, it is likely that Vanessa’s youthful skin tone has been helped by multiple laser procedures throughout the years such as Active Fx, Pixel, Titan, Affirm, or Fraxel.

Vanessa’s cheekbones are also higher and fuller, so she may have had injectable fillers or fat injections at some point to make them stand out. Some think that Vanessa wears contact lenses to achieve her signature blue eyes, but photos reveal that her eyes have always been lighter.

Whatever Vanessa’s beauty regime may be, it is certainly working for her and is an example of a harmonious balance of natural beauty that is enhanced by subtle plastic surgery.
