Howard Stern had a nose job (rhinoplasty) to remove a bump from his nose and chin liposuction to shrink down his double chin. The radio disc jockey admitted to having these procedures live on his new Sirius radio show. Stern said that he hid his cosmetic surgery secrets from his fans due to fear that they would think going under the knife was "very gay".

Stern said that his facial procedures were so subtle that all his fans and even his own sister Ellen did not notice the change.
