Suzanne Somers is legendary for her effervescent perpetually young persona. But how much of her all-American good looks are due to her genes and how much is due to plastic surgery? Makemeheal.com investigates.

At 62, Suzanne is still busy promoting eternal youth, recently appearing on Oprah and touting her regime of numerous nutritional supplements and excessive hormones, apparently her latest kick, following on the heels of her famous “Thigh-Master” infomercials. While her vitamins and injections may help her feel good on the inside, it is likely cosmetic surgery making her look good on the outside.

Rising to fame in part because of her good looks in her role as Chrissy Snow on the sitcom “Three’s Company,” Suzanne has accentuated her curvaceous body with the help of some facial plastic surgery, including a possible facelift, browlift, blepharoplasty and probably some fillers as well, most notably in the lips.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrrell J. Aston says, “Suzanne Sommers has been in the spotlight for many years. First as Chrissy Snow in “Three’s Company,” then “Step by Step,” and also her infomercial for the Thigh Master and so on. She has always maintained that youthful personality and look. I suspect that her young at heart appearance is not 100% natural however. I think that she might have had a facelift, lip injections, brow lift, and blepharoplasty.”

Suzanne is still beautiful, indicating that her plastic surgery has been successful.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden says, “Suzanne Somers looks as if she has taken several measures to maintain her beautiful face. The tightness of her face is likely the result of a facelift. She may also use fillers to create the fullness in her cheeks.”

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., said, “Ms. Somers had a rhinoplasty (or revision). Her before photos reveal a perfectly shaped nose. The recent photos show a wider, unnatural nose. It is possible that she had a rhinoplasty years ago, but it started to collapse and so she had a revision, which made it larger. Her lips look plumper than they used to, indicating the use of fillers. In regards to her cheeks, there is more fullness next to the smile lines. She may have also had some fat grafting. She could benefit from some Botox around her eye region.”

While Suzanne still looks good, it doesn’t mean that she couldn’t still stand some careful tweaks here and there, especially around the eyes.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Suzanne has always looked great. Her lips may be filled since they have lost some definition. She would be helped with some Botox Cosmetic in her crow’s feet.”

While whatever Suzanne is doing to stay young seems to be working for her, it doesn’t seem like a good idea for her to be promoting her medical regimen without a license.
