Former Playmate and the ex wife of Lorenzo Lamas, Shauna Sand is suspected of having breast implants. According to her Playmate profile, Shauna’s bust size is a 33 inch D, which are disproportionately large compared to her small frame weighing at only 98 lbs at 5 foot 4 inches. Sand's photo from 1996 show that her nipples appear deformed causing many to believe that she has had more than one breast augmentation. Sand's nipples appear to be the result of a botched breast implant procedure, wherein the surgeon removed the nipples to insert the implants and then didn’t put them back correctly, resulting in their wrinkled, odd appearance. Sands' unusual nose shape with perfectly round nostrils and narrower bridge has caused speculation that she has had rhinoplasty. At 36, Sands' face is completely free of wrinkles and her eyebrows are preternaturally arched causing rumors that she may be using too much Botox, an injectable filler used to treat lines and wrinkles. Her large lips may likely be the result of lip injections.

Shauna Sand is more famous for the Lucite stripper shoes she wears on every occasion than for anything else she has done. Shauna is a former Playmate and the ex wife of Lorenzo Lamas, with whom she has three girls. With rumors of a Shauna Sand shoe line and a possible reality TV show swirling around the Internet, Make Me Heal thought it was time to investigate the many plastic surgeries of Shauna Sand.
36-year old Shauna’s most obvious plastic surgery is a breast augmentation. According to her Playmate profile, Shauna’s bust size is a 33 inch D. Considering her weight is listed at being a mere 98 pounds on a 5 foot 4 inches frame, it explains why her breasts look so disproportionately large on her small frame. Make Me Heal noticed that since her Playboy shoot back in 1996, Shauna’s nipples have become deformed, much like Tara Reid (see Make Me Heal’s story on Tara Reid’s botched plastic surgery), leading us to believe that Shauna has had more than one breast augmentation, as it hard to believe that Hugh Hefner would have anything less than perfect nipples to appear in his iconic publication. Shauna’s nipples appear to be the result of a botched breast implant procedure, wherein the surgeon removed the nipples to insert the implants and then didn’t put them back correctly, resulting in their wrinkled, odd appearance.
Shauna also had a rhinoplasty at some point, as her nose is a very unusual shape, especially her perfectly round nostrils. She kept the bump at the end of her nose, but the bridge has been narrowed significantly.
At 36, Shauna should be showing signs of aging, but there are absolutely no wrinkles on any part of her face and her eyebrows are preternaturally arched, which can be the result of too much Botox, an injectable filler used to treat lines and wrinkles. It could also be the result of a browlift, which is a more drastic procedure, but likely in the case of Shauna and her penchant for plastic surgery.
Since her modeling and acting days, Shauna’s cheekbones seem much more pronounced, which is likely the result of fat injections, as they aren’t excessively large, the way they would be with cheek implants. She may be helping enhance them with clever contouring make-up as well.
Shauna’s lips are so large that they look as if they are on the brink of exploding. She has clearly visited her plastic surgeon several times to achieve the trout pout that she enhances by using lip liner outside the natural line of her lips. Shauna’s lips are so large that they may be result of collagen injections, rather than less obvious injectable fillers often used to plump up lips like Juvederm or other hyaluronic acid fillers.
Shauna’s overly tan look is the result of too much time in a tanning bed, which can cause premature wrinkles, which Shauna likely avoids through using laser or radio frequency treatments designed to smooth the skin, like CoolTouch, Thermage, Active Fx, or Fraxel. It’s quite possible that she had laser skin resurfacing or a medium chemical peel to help combat the look of aging and the harmful effects of tanning as well.
Make Me Heal also suspects that Shauna may have permanent make-up. Permanent make-up is tattooed on to the wearer and can be added to. Shauna never appears without harsh make-up, even on the beach, and permanent make-up may be the reason.
If the rumors of a reality TV show are true, Make Me Heal looks forward to watching Shauna teeter after her kids on her impossibly high hooker heels. Until then, she should find a hobby outside of the plastic surgeon’s office.
