Actress Sarah Jessica Parker is rumored to have had a nose job (rhinoplasty) and cosmetic dentistry. Parker's new nose looks slimmer and she looks like she might have had work done on the bridge of her nose. Parker says, "I've had no Botox, no collagen, nothing. I have lines, but if some of my peers weren't having things done, I wouldn't think about it."

Sex and the City fans have been thrilled by the constant behind the scenes glimpses at the upcoming sequel to the film version of the hit TV show. Make Me Heal has noticed that Sarah Jessica Parker’s mole appears to have returned after mysteriously disappearing as a result of plastic surgery?
Last year, Make Me Heal reported when the now 44-year old actress’ mole seemed to disappear. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Sarah Jessica Parker’s mole removal). Now that its back on set, many are scratching their heads as to how it could be back. Our panel of experts has some suggestions.
There are different methods used to remove moles, including shaving. When a mole is shaved, part of it remains on the surface, so it can return. This may be the method used for Sarah Jessica Parker, which would explain why the mole now appears flat rather than raised.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J Aston says, “After reviewing photographs of Sarah Jessica Parker it appears that her mole was merely shaved off and not completely removed. It is well known that in many cases shaving the top of a mole is not the answer to eliminating it.”
Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia says, “Maybe she went to a Dermatologist who simply shaved it off. These things are better formally removed as opposed to shaved. If a “root” is left, it can grow.”
Fans of SATC will note that many leaked photos of the upcoming film have been flashbacks of the girls. If SJP had a mole in the past, perhaps make-up was used to draw in the mole for accuracy
Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden offers another likely explanation, “It seems like she did have her mole removed from her chin. Her mole was pigmented and raised, while recent photos of her chin show a flat lightly pigmented mole, which may have been drawn on for the new movie they are filming.”
When questioned about the mole’s disappearance, Sarah Jessica reportedly responded, ‘Nothing has been removed.’ Nothing permanently, maybe.
In addition to possibly having her mole removed, for either health or cosmetic reasons, SJP may also have had a nose job in the past (See Make Me Heal’s story on Sarah Jessica Parker's Nose Job).

The eagerly awaited Sex & the City movie, based on the popular television series is finally hitting theaters this week. Rumor has it that the film takes place a few years after the series ended, leading Make Me Heal to wonder what the actresses have done by way of plastic surgery to maintain their good looks.
Make Me Heal has previously reported on Sarah Jessica Parker’s potential nose job (read the full story on Sarah Jessica Parker’s nose job) after we noticed that her nose doesn’t seem nearly as bulbous as it did when the 43-year old actress began her career. plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif believes “As compared to a photo where she’s a lot younger, it does appear that Sarah Jessica Parker’s nose is a lot thinner now. It appears that her nostrils have been reduced and, as well as her tip, and her complete nasal width has been narrowed. Her nose looks natural at this point, and overall her rhinoplasty appears to look very good on her.” However, as the actress has grown into her fashionista self, it is also possible that skills with flattering make-up have helped reduce the prominence of her nose through make up alone.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn was not sure about Sarah Jessica Parker’s rhinoplasty, saying “This is a tough one. It looks like she may have had a rhinoplasty to thin her nose and make it more elegant, but when I’ve seen her over the last few years, her nose is pretty prominent. It is too ‘normal’ looking to be a nice rhinoplasty result. There is a bulbous tip and a bump on the nose which would not likely be left after a good rhinoplasty.”

Sarah Jessica Parker has spent most of her life in front of the camera, growing up. As she has gone through various roles, from nerd to chic, Make Me Heal speculates that her nose might have changed as well. The 43-year old mother will be reprising her beloved role of Carrie Bradshaw in The Sex and the City movie due to come out in the early summer of this year where audiences will be able to see her generously proportioned nose on the big screen.
When SJP, as she is known to her legions of fans, was younger, her nose had a very bulbous tip. Yet, as her career has blossomed, her nose seems to have shrunk. The large bump at the end seems to have nearly disappeared and it also appears to be much narrower, although her current day nose is by no means the small nose with a rounded tip traditionally found with rhinoplasty procedures. If Sarah Jessica Parker has indeed gotten a nose job, then she was wise in keeping some of her nose’s flaws intact and not going for a drastic perfect nose job look, as that would eliminate her distinctive, imperfect features that have won her the fan base that she has today.

Her nose looks natural at this point, and overall her rhinoplasty appears to look very good on her.”
If SJP has had a nose job to thin her nose and remove the bump, it certainly is subtle. It is possible that the actress has grown into her nose since her days on the TV show Square Pegs. Or the fashion icon simply embraced her inner Carrie Bradshaw and learned how to cleverly apply make-up to make her nose appear to be smaller, thinner and less bulbous on her long face.
