Known for her role as Serena van der Woodsen on TV show Gossip Girl, Blake Lively has quickly risen to stardom. This 20-year old actress has recently been speculated to have had a rhinoplasty as recent pictures shows a narrower nasal tip. Dr. Paul Nassif has commented on the picture above and said, "Comparing the two photos of this young lady, it does appear that Blake Lively’s nasal tip has been narrowed. From this oblique view of her nose, it does appear that her nasal profile is slimmer and her tip doesn’t hang so much. Her tip appears much improved and more aesthetically appealing to match her face." Recently she has been rumored to have gotten breast implants as well.

22-year old Gossip Girl Blake Lively was a fashion favorite in her red Versace gown, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Christian Louboutin heels. Since becoming a “Gossip Girl,” blonde beauty Blake Lively seems to be turning her fictional role of a New York socialite into reality, which also includes having plastic surgery.
21-year old Blake Lively was nearly falling out of her gown at the Met Costume Gala, leading many, Make Me Heal included, to wonder if the leggy young woman had gotten breast implants.
Wearing a teal Versace gown, Blake posed on the red carpet with a stunning display of cleavage. Not too big and definitely not too small, it is possible that Blake had a conservative breast augmentation to help enhance her stunning figure.
Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “From the photos, it looks like she has had moderated sized implants - not that there is anything wrong with that. She looks great.”
On the other hand, the perfect size and shape could just be a result of nature, as Blake is a stunning beauty and her breasts don’t appear to be too large for her frame, which is often an obvious indication of breast augmentation.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston says, “I do not believe that actress Blake Lively From the show “Gossip Girl” has undergone breast implant surgery. When I reviewed her photographs from when she was a teenager she was full breasted with great contour. Her breasts look very natural and fit her body perfectly.”
If Blake has gotten breast implants, it would not be her first time under the knife. Blake has had a rhinoplasty in the past, which thinned and narrow her nose (See Make Me Heal’s story on Blake Lively’s nose job).
Whether or not Blake has gotten a breast augmentation, one thing is certain: they’re spectacular.

As Gossip Girl’s return to TV on April 21 draws near, Make Me Heal decided to generate some of its own gossip about the show’s star, Serena van der Woodsen’s alter ego, 20-year old actress Blake Lively.
Since appearing in the youthful chick flick Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Blake has been epitome of the classic girl-next-door with her long blond hair and sweet, smiling face. But has she always been so naturally gorgeous? Without the aid of plastic surgery, she might have been nothing more than another pretty face.
Sometime before hitting the big time, Blake Lively underwent a very successful rhinoplasty, making her nose appear much thinner and cuter with a narrower nasal tip, but without the perfectly pert appearance that makes many nose jobs so obvious.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn says, “I agree that it appears that her nose is thinner and fits her face much better. She looks great. The surgeon did a nice job.”
