Oscar-Nominated Keira Knightly has admitted to having had a lip augmentation through injection fillers after being spotted leaving a plastic surgeon's office in April 2004. The British actress said "Okay, I had it done. I had a larger top lip done." Speaking about her visit to the plastic surgeon, Knightly explained "The reason I was there was to treat my acne though. I am only human as you can see - I'm a normal girl."

Though voted as one of the sexiest actresses today, Knightly has confessed to having low self-esteem issues about her body and has complained about face and buttock. Knightly sarcastically admitted that she will likely have plastic surgery in the future, saying "In five years' time I will probably already be past it and having Botox, face-lifts, nose jobs and false hair."
Keira Knightly said that earlier in her career when she was not established film executives encouraged her to have liposuction and a nose job.
