There is much speculation about whether 40-something Salma Hayek's breasts are natural endowments or the byproduct of some artful plastic surgeon. Hayek has just nabbed the dubious In Touch Magazine award for having the #3 best breasts in Hollywood. Here is a photographic journey of her evolving breasts, which seem to have gotten gi-normous in the last few years and are now typically seen popping out of every dress or gown she wears out. Regardless, Hayek still looks stunning and is forever the great actress in our book for her portrayal of Frida Kahlo.

We also added some some photos below of what is an obvious nose surgery that Hayek had done earlier in her career. That nose job was a good move.
