Jennifer Grey, Nose Job
Actress Jennifer Grey has had a nose job (rhinoplasty) to remove the bump (scientifically called a dorsal hump) on her nose.

In an interview for Channel 5 (UK) Grey commented that having plastic surgery on her nose was the worst mistake she had ever made. Grey felt this way because she was no longer recognizable as the girl from the film Dirty Dancing (1987), just somebody who looked a bit like her. Grey's father Joel sang "Razzle-Dazzle," from Chicago, when he hosted "The Muppet Show" (1976). In Dirty Dancing (1987), Grey's character's father is played by Jerry Orbach, who originated the role of Billy Flynn in Chicago--including singing the song "Razzle-Dazzle". Grey started out as a dancer in a Dr. Pepper TV commercial before going into acting.
