The subject of many male fantasies, the 23-year old has transformed into a hottie with the help of plastic surgery, a contrast from Maxim’s plastic surgery-free #1 pick. Megan is a Make Me Heal alum, appearing in several stories due to her nose job, lip fillers and breast augmentation (See Make Me Heal’s story on Megan Fox’s plastic surgery transformation).
Dr. Aston says, “Megan Fox appears to have had a rhinoplasty to refine the look of her nose. She also looks like she might be using Botox to her glabella and Juvederm on her lips. In addition to these procedures I believe as she had undergone some dermabrasion treatments as her skin looks much smoother and clearer. I think the surgeon who did her nose did a great job as it did not dramatically change her face, just refined her look.”
Dr. JWalden reports, “Megan Fox looks as if she’s had rhinoplasty to straighten the bridge of her nose. It also looks as though she may have had a breast augmentation given the high and round appearance of her breasts. However, her breasts remain small so the unnatural qualities could simply be the result of a super push-up bra. She may get lip injections as well to maintain her signature pout.”
Dr. Shafer says, “Compared to her previous picture, the Maxim photo does not show obvious acne scars present in previous photos. These scars could be improved with skin resurfacing lasers and peels, but more likely it is due to digital airbrushing. Also, the nasolabial folds are non-existent, which is unlikely due to fillers or grafting.”
Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn tells Make Me Heal, “Megan Fox has ‘transformed’ into a gorgeous A-list actress. She appears to have had a well-done rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, both of which add to her beauty. She has a very good plastic surgeon.” One of the most popular young actresses, Megan Fox has been at the center of speculation as to whether or not she has had breast implants for some time. The 22-year old raven-haired beauty has relatively small breasts for someone with breast implants, but their perfectly round shape and large space from one another seems to indicate that they are the result of an augmentation. Breast Implants For Megan Fox?

Gorgeous young actress Megan Fox got a lot of hits on popular gossip sites when paparazzi photographed her topless on the set of an upcoming film. But when Make Me Heal saw the pictures, we wondered if the 21-year old blue-eyed beauty had returned to the plastic surgeon’s office for a breast augmentation.
Megan’s breasts are small, so if she does have implants they are very small and appear to be rather natural. It is hard to tell from the nude photos as there are many obstructions in the way, but they do appear to have the perfectly round high riding form of breast implants. On the other hand, she is young enough that they should still be perky and they fall slightly to the sides, like natural breasts, so it is again difficult to determine. In the picture of Megan in a fancy dress, her breasts do appear to be the unfortunate results of a breast augmentation as they are very separated and look more like cones stuck to her chest than breasts. But because of their small size, it is again difficult to tell. Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia is also uncertain of whether or not Megan has had a breast augmentation telling Make Me Heal, “Maybe; but if she did, she went small, which makes it hard to tell.”

Megan Fox Transforms With Nose Job

“Transformers” star Megan Fox raised quite a few eyebrows among the Make Me Heal team at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards when she walked in adorned with a few more tweaks than a new a shade of lipstick or a fab pair of Jimmy Choos. The 21-year old Tennesse native appears to have transformed her nose into bumpless perfection with the help of plastic surgery.
Photos of Megan Fox from the box office hit “Transformers” show a bridge with a small bump in the middle of her nose, whereas photos from the VMA awards portray nothing of the sort. The bump that has been the signature of her nose ever since she’s started her career has disappeared, although her nose otherwise does not seem touched in any way. This appears to be the result of a nose job (rhinoplasty).
While the nose job is well executed, some fans may complain that the new perfect nose reduces the character in her face and results in a semi-plastic doll appearance. But given Fox’s natural beauty, most fans are likely to remain appeased.
Megan fox is not new to the plastic surgery scene, as her rumored rhinoplasty is not the only change under the brunette beauty’s belt. There is also chatter of lip injections through injection fillers such as Juvederm or collagen. Her pout is indefinitely plumper in comparison to images before she became the household name she is today. However, to be fair there are lip plumping products and techniques in make-up that typically produce a similar effect, so there is still a possibility that she was simply at the mercy of a fantastic make-up artist. So it may just be that her lips are natural and that she is making clever use of a lip gloss, lip liner, and using natural lip plumpers, which are typically made of a spicy, tingly gloss that naturally enhances the color and shape of the lips by increasing circulation.
The pressure to maintain her look and her stature as a rising star has to be intense, given the short amount of time it took for this young beauty to skyrocket to fame and her #68 ranking in FHM’s 100 Most Beautiful Women. Hopefully, if Megan Fox does decide to have more procedures done in the future, she will not go overboard and tamper with her natural beauty as too much tinkering with the knife can take away from her unique look.
If only some celebrity plastic surgery casualties who over-plasticized themselves had listened to the old saying – “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” – Hollywood would have a few more naturally pretty faces.
