Famous for her show on the Disney Chanel, Miley Cyrus has become a teen sensation as Hannah Montana. 15 year old Cyrus has been spotted with straighter, more significantly whiter teeth leading many to believe she may have had veneers. Recently she has been suspected of getting breast implants.

When the paparazzi captured a suddenly more voluptuous Miley Cyrus running with her maybe-boyfriend, many wondered, did Miley Cyrus have plastic surgery breast augmentation?
Although she just recently turned 16 late last year, Miley Cyrus, better known as her alter-ego Hannah Montana, has done a lot of growing up lately. From her questionable photography shoot with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, to her very recent pictures, Miley is constantly in front of a camera and so is her recent cleavage.
At the Academy Awards, many noted that Miley’s voluminous dress showed off much more cleavage than her mother’s, but it was easily attributed to the support of a push-up bra, and not breast implants. But when she went jogging in a non-push up bra with her boyfriend, paparazzi captured more than a lens-ful of underage cleavage.
However, it seems that the tall and lanky Miley is just the victim of good genes, not a good plastic surgeon.
Plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer explains, “Miley Cyrus does not look like she has had breast implants - I would expect to see more upper pole fullness when not in a push up bra if there were implants present. She just looks large-breasted which is really accentuated in the push-up bra. In the jogging photos, she appears to have a bit of ptosis seen with a heavier breast.”
While plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia allows for the possibility that Miley has undergone a breast augmentation, he also says it could just as easily be her support system. He says, “Maybe, but from these pics it could just as well be a water bra.”
Many plastic surgeons won’t perform a breast augmentation on girls under 18, as their bodies are still developing, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Miley’s previous cosmetic surgery was the much-discussed dental veneers she had placed last year, leading many to believe more plastic surgery was in the talented young singer’s future. Although it doesn’t seem that Miley has gone under the knife yet, Make Me Heal will continue to keep an eye out for any sudden changes in the tween idol’s appearance.

Fans of the Hannah Montana TV show may have noticed that star Miley Cyrus has been smiling a little brighter lately. But Make Me Heal wonders if new veneers are just the start of a plastic surgery future in the popular young star’s blossoming career.
Make Me Heal has observed that Miley’s smile has gotten significantly whiter and her teeth noticeably more straight and even in the past few months. Michael D. Kosdon, D.D.S., a Burbank, Calif.-area dentist has also noted the transformation, saying, “It looks as though she’s had some porcelain veneers put on her front teeth. And her small incisors appear to have been covered to make them look longer and more balanced with the rest of her mouth.” Veneers are often just the starting point for stars wanting to improve their appearance.
Miley is no stranger to using artifice to change her appearance as the singer/actress regularly dons a blonde wig to portray her alter ego Hannah Montana and likely wears a hair weave to achieve her thick locks in her everyday life.
In light of Miley’s controversial photo shoot with renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz for Vanity Fair magazine, Make Me Heal thinks that the precocious 15-year old may also be considering breast implants in her future to help fill out the grown-up, sexy dresses she sports at red carpet events.
The Vanity Fair photos came out just a few weeks after photos on the Internet appeared of someone who looks suspiciously like Miley posing in some very grown-up ways, showing a green bra and hanging onto a man. Miley’s image makeover from a Disney sweet girl to a hot, sexy starlet is likely to manifest in her getting some womanly curves through a breast augmentation.
Young stars also often undergo rhinoplasty (nose jobs) to further their careers and in light of Miley’s success, the singing sensation may be interested in a nose job in the future as well. The tip of Miley’s nose is fairly wide by Hollywood standards and she may want to consider narrowing it down so that it betters fit the current beauty aesthetic for celebrities. Despite the recent controversy surrounding Miley Cyrus, Make Me Heal thinks she will continue to influence young girls and predicts that plastic surgery will intersect her future and probably those of some of her impressionable fans who copy her style.

Miley Cyrus is only 16, but has already been the subject of many a plastic surgery rumor, after getting dental veneers last year. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Miley Cyrus’ plastic surgery). The rumors have thus far proved to be false, as Miley is as natural as any average 16 year old.
According to New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer, “Miley Cyrus does not need any plastic surgery. She has a great youthful appearance and is in no need of any plastic surgery or procedures.”
Dr. Jennifer Walden concurs, saying, “Miley Cyrus looks youthful and natural, and hasn’t had any work done.“
Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Miley Cyrus doesn’t look like she has had any plastic surgery yet. She’s cute.“
