Clay Aiken is an American singer, television actor and activist most famous for being the runner-up on the second season of American Idol. Despite ultimately losing the American Idol title to fellow competitor Ruben Studdard, Aiken has gone on to find great mainstream success through his multi-platinum selling albums, books and frequent talk show appearances. Aiken's debut album Measure of a Man went onto become double platinum. Aiken went onto star in the Tony Award-winning theatre play Monty Python's Spamalot. Aiken garnered much attention when he came out as openly gay in a 2008 interview with People Magazine. Aiken's legions of devoted fans are often referred to as "Claymates."

Aiken has recently come clean about a jaw augmentation procedure he had through the use of liposuction. The procedure sucked fat out of his chin, leaving Aiken with a leaner-faced, more masculine look. Aiken has also been rumored to have also undergone a rhinoplasty nose job due to a slight alteration in the size of his bridge and nostrils. It is also speculated that Aiken may have underwent a lower blepharoplasty eyelid surgery due to a more open-eyed appearance.
